Electronic Driver Declaration

Five steps to checking your
drivers' entitlements to drive

Go paperless! Use the latest method of checking your drivers' entitlements to drive via our simple online system.

Quickly make sure your employees have a valid driving licence

We've added a new effortless way to sign-up your drivers to Checkmaster via our NEW eDPD system.

What is the
eDPD system?

The Electronic Data Protection Declaration (eDPD) is a way to allow drivers to electronically authorise companies to check their entitlement to drive.

How the eDPD system works

Instead of your driver having to sign a piece of paper, use Checkmaster to input the driver's basic information. Checkmaster then sends the driver an invitation email and the driver completes a simple secure authentication process.

The driver can check their driving licence details are correct in a simple, secure web form and update any details if necessary. Once the driver is happy, they confirm that they agree to the terms and sign the eDPD mandate with a digital signature, and their entitlement to drive can be checked.
